I'm Tim Long
I grew up working with my father in the small machine shop my parents started - I've been blessed with the opportunity to learn from a master craftsman from an early age, programming and machining my first CNC parts for custom motorcycles when I was only 13.
The many hours I spent making things with my father inspired a passion for manufacturing and problem solving that led to a master's degree in mechanical engineering, and a career in product design and research and development, before finally returning to my roots and taking up the mantle in the business my parents started.

We take pride in being a second-generation, family-owned business, rooted in Oklahoma City for over 30 years. Our journey has seen us create everything from BBQ smokers for local grocery stores to precision parts for rocket engines. Our core product lines are focused in serving multiple industries, such as industrial pumping, where we offer brackets and couplers for mounting pumps and motors, along with service and repair components. We also cater to the Oil & Gas and automotive sectors. However, our greatest satisfaction comes from resolving client challenges, be it widget design or supply chain enhancement.
We love to partner closely with our clients to develop tailored solutions to their problems, and believe in helping them make the right choices for their business - providing more than just parts - but consulting support and recommendations, even training. CNC Machining Capabilities
We started out making machined parts the old fashioned way with a single manual lathe and mill, in a tin shop with a dirt floor - and from our humble beginnings, we've grown and added cnc mills, lathes, and other industrial automation to support efficient production and quick turnarounds on prototypes. We also have 3D printers in house that allow us to iterate quickly on design changes, make machining fixtures, and custom tooling for component assembly.
Generally, we handle parts up to 18" for milling.
Turned parts can be up to 8" in diameter, and as long as 24"
Complex geometries can be digitized with high accuracy, even capturing small markings in the castings.
3D Scanning
Do you need help reverse engineering a component? We offer 3D scanning services for complex geometries, in addition to our complement of standard metrology. High resolution scans can be conducted with an accuracy up to 0.0008" (.02mm).

Have an idea down on a napkin sketch and want to take it to the next level? We're here to help - providing Computer Aided Design and Drafting services. Even if making your widget is outside our capabilities, we can at least help provide you with 3D models and 2D designs that enable you to communicate effectively with a supplier who can.
